Country Livin RV Park is Open Year Round
Come and relax in this beautiful, peaceful & friendly RV Park. We are atop Blackberry Ridge in a wooded setting among the beautiful Tennessee hills. Country Livin RV Park is nestled within Sugarland Ranch. We have 10 Pull-thru sites with generous grass yards, and 39 more private back-in sites. These are up against the Pine Forest for a spectacular back yard.
Country Livin RV Park is located in Ethridge Tennessee among a large Amish Community. It is specifically located on Sugarland Ranch which has been owned and operated by Jamie O’Rourke for decades.
Sugarland Ranch is 200+ acres of ridgetop meadows and woodlands with several hollows and a couple of creeks dissecting the topography. The flora & Fauna are quite diverse. Country Livin RV Park, at times, have foraging hikes with knowledgeable guides.
Country Livin RV Park began construction in 2022 and opened at the beginning of 2023 with 14 sites. In 2025 we have completed the Country Livin RV Park with 49 sites.
All sites are full Hookup with Free Electric/Water & Sewer & there is Free Wi-Fi throughout the RV Park. Free use of the laundry room, shower changing rooms and Ice machine are included for our guests.
Country Livin RV Park Rules
- A site may be reserved with payment, however site assignment is on a first come first serve basis
- Please do not drive on grass without permission & never when wet.
- Pets are allowed but must be leashed and attended to at all times. As a courtesy to our other guests, you must clean up after your pet.
- Please do not leave lights on unattended or not in current use. We like to see the stars at night.

Yes. Manageble pets are allowed but must be attended & on a leash when outside.
