All Sites have 50/30/20-amp pedestals, sewer, water , Wi-Fi , laundry/shower use included within the guest fee.
Every site has at least a 40ft stretch of LEVEL gravel pad along with enough driveway to park two vehicles without blocking each other. Arrangements for additional vehicles and/or trailers need to be made beforehand.
Each site has a generous yard and patio area (not to be parked on) as well as access to the Dog Park, Laundry and Shower Rooms.
Country Livin has plenty of land to stretch your legs and ease your mind. In addition to our diverse Tennessee flora, fauna & wildlife, we always have a friendly group of guests.
Our rates: $50 per Day, $250 per week, $700 per month(based on a 30 day month)
